Every hour of the day in the first place is checked against each place’s working hours, for the whole length of the meeting, Monday to Friday. Times that suit everyone come first; if none do, the times that suit the most places, earliest first.
Does it know public holidays?
No. Weekends are excluded, but public holidays are not, so check local holidays.
