The one address for everything below is [email protected]. There is no form, because a form would be a third thing to maintain and this is not a high-volume inbox; a plain email reaches a person who can act on it.

A mistake in a calculator

This is the message we most want. Say which calculator, what you entered, what it showed and what you expected instead — a screenshot or the share link from the page carries all of that. Every calculator's formula and sources are printed on its page, so if you can point at the line you think is wrong, faster still. Corrections are made in the calculation engine and recorded in the site's change log, not patched in the copy.

Your data

The numbers you type into a calculator are worked out in your browser and are not sent to a Vicaya server, so in most cases there is nothing held about you to ask for. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not collected. To ask what is held, to have it deleted, or to withdraw a consent you gave, write to the address above with the subject line "Data request".

Press, research and partnerships

Questions about how a figure was arrived at, requests to reuse a calculation or a table with attribution, and proposals to embed a calculator are all welcome at the same address. Say what you are working on and which page it concerns.
