Vicaya calculators give educational estimates. Each result comes from the values you enter and the assumptions printed on the page. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Nothing here is a loan offer, a pre-approval, or a credit decision from any lender, and Vicaya is not a lender or a broker.

No warranty

The site and its calculators are provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose. Each calculator prints the formula it uses. Check any result independently before acting on it, and check it with a licensed professional before a large financial decision.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vicaya and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or its calculators, or from relying on a result.

Your inputs are your responsibility

Every result depends entirely on what you enter. A rate, balance, term, or salary typed in wrongly produces a wrong answer that the site has no way to detect, because it cannot see your actual loan, payslip, or account. Check that what you enter matches your real figures before you read anything into the result, and note that some fields are estimated for you when left blank — where that happens, the page says so.

Rules change

Tax rates, contribution ceilings, statutory thresholds, and withholding methods change, and they change on schedules set by governments rather than by this site. A page states the period it covers where that matters. A result produced for one tax year should not be assumed to hold for another, and a rule confirmed at the date shown may since have been superseded.

Acceptable use

Use the site for personal, non-commercial estimates. Do not use it to break the law, do not try to disrupt the service, and do not repurpose the content for anything else. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or re-hosting the calculators or their content is not permitted.

Content and ownership

The calculators, their written explanations, and the site's design are Vicaya's own work and remain its property. You are welcome to use a result for your own purposes and to link to any page here. Reproducing substantial parts of the content elsewhere is not permitted without permission.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to government departments, statutory bodies, and other external sources so a rule can be checked at its origin. Those sites are outside Vicaya's control, and a link is not an endorsement of anything else they publish or offer.

Availability

The site is provided without any guarantee of availability. Pages, calculators, and addresses may be changed, moved, or withdrawn at any time, and no undertaking is given that a calculator available today will remain available or unchanged.

These terms and the site may change at any time. The date at the top reflects the last substantive change. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
