Vicaya is not a lender, a broker, or a credit provider. A result here is not a loan offer, a pre-qualification, a pre-approval, or any statement about your credit. Real terms, rates, fees, and eligibility come from a lender and depend on things this site never sees, including underwriting, credit history, and the rules where you live.

What the estimates leave out

Each calculator prints its formula and assumptions on the page, under "Assumptions and formula." Most assume a fixed rate, and most leave out taxes, insurance, and any fee you did not enter. Read that section before relying on a number.
